- Support the implementation and enforcement of the project Health & Safety management system
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with local legislation, client requirements, and company standards
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and observations
- Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and support corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis
- Support risk assessments, RAMS, and permit-to-work processes
- Deliver and support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and briefings
- Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and the wider EHS team
- Assist in maintaining accurate safety documentation and records
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across the project
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a construction site safety role, preferably on large-scale or complex projects
- Data center, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical project experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation and best practices
- Experience working with subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and assertively at all levels
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on approach to site safety
- Fluent English required; Finnish language skills are an advantage
