As Recruitment Team, we take care of the entire end-to-end recruitment process and cooperate daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States. This is why we are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment, with very good English skills. Since this is a Recruitment Manager role, we’re looking for someone who’s spent at least 2 years leading others. Our team is two people, and we’re looking for a leader to guide the team, tackle projects to improve the work and processes, and find new ways to make recruitment even better—because there’s always something to build on.
