Manage and guide team on complex game mathematics and Slots Design Foster collaborative cross-functional partnerships Established workflows with cross-functional team Data-driven design decisions improving retention and player satisfaction What You Bring: 12+ years overall game design experience, with at least 3 years in a design leadership role 5+ years of Slot Design Experience Knowledgeable on Slot Game Math Design Experienced Specialist with advanced knowledge and broad understanding of other disciplines Works on issues of complex scope where analysis of data requires in-depth knowledge of business trends and organizational objectives Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Background in Mathematics or Computer Science
