Role Summary We are looking for an Information Security Officer combined with an Cybersecurity Manager role in the area of Production & Logistics to be part of our exciting journey where we stand in front of a big change both when it comes to the way of working in the Production & Logistics business as well as the IT solutions that will support our business together with all what digitalization brings. The business architecture and IT solutions should be an enabler for our P&L business to take on new challenges and opportunities within our global production system. Our vison is that we should have an efficient, transparent and automated global production system, using modern digital solutions to connect our people, processes & equipment to support real time decisions based on high quality data. Job Responsibilities Your responsibilities will be divided in two areas Information Security (ISec) and Product Cybersecurity (CS) both within Production and Logistics. As the Information Security Officer you will support the management within Production & Logistics in their Information Security responsibility and acts as an interface between business and Group ISec. This means that you will be responsible for our network of Local Information Security Officers. You will also work closely to our Information Management team and Business Architects, as well as our Project Managers and Product Owners. Within the area of Product Cybersecurity your role will be Cyber Security Manager. This means that you will be responsible for the Production & Logistics part of Scania’s Cybersecurity Management System and the network of cybersecurity coordinators. You will also work tightly with R&D both with Regulation Owners and Product Owners. Who You Are As a person you are a self-driven curious team player with a genuine interest in Scania´s Products and Processes with focus on Information Security and Cybersecurity. You will build and maintain your network utilising established methodologies and your influencing skills to get buy-in on what needs to be addressed. We believe that you have a master of science in engineering or university degree in Information Science or have the corresponding knowledge. Working in the area between business and IT requires that you understand and can handle both perspectives. Furthermore you have good knowledge in Information Security and Cybersecurity as well as Scania´s business and processes within Production & Logistics. You have a good level in facilitating meetings and you are structured, pedagogic and communicative. You are experienced in leading and managing networks. To succeed in the role, you need social, analytic and leadership skills . You are used to take own initiatives to create and maintain structures. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
