Key Responsibilities: Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production systems. Manage Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD). Improve observability, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployments and enhance system performance and scalability. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD. Experience operating high-load production environments and on-call support. Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic). Experience with Kafka and cloud-native infrastructure is a plus. Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
