Security Guard

**NYQS Vartiointi Oy is seeking security guards for an international client site.** We offer the opportunity to work in a modern and security-critical operating environment, where the guard's role is central to ensuring the client's security and business continuity. This position is suitable for a person who values responsible security work, high-quality customer service, and an international work environment. We are primarily looking for customer-oriented security professionals who enjoy working with people and are capable of acting calmly, responsibly, and professionally even in changing situations. We offer both **full-time and part-time employment.** Job duties Duties include, among others: - access control and monitoring of pedestrian traffic - customer service in an international work environment - security patrols - management of disturbance and exceptional situations - reporting and documentation - other guarding tasks according to site instructions. Work is performed in both day and night shifts. We expect from you - a valid security guard card - good oral and written English language skills - ability to communicate fluently in English with the client's staff - ability to understand and follow English-language work instructions - ability to prepare necessary work reports in English - good customer service and interaction skills - initiative, responsibility, and reliability - willingness to work in shifts. **Please note that the working language of the site is English.** Work instructions, reporting, and daily communication with the client's staff take place mainly in English. The position requires a willingness to use English daily. Considered an advantage - previous experience in security tasks - experience in reception or lobby service tasks - knowledge of security systems - first aid and basic firefighting training.
