Excavator operators for future projects – Kajaani / Kainuu Are you interested in flexible work in the construction industry? Sites may be starting soon, and we are recruiting workers in preparation for the start of the projects. What is the job about? As an excavator operator, you will work on various sites as part of a professional team. The work is located in earthworks, renovation, and construction sites that start according to our customers' needs. Your tasks are versatile and supportive of construction. Work always begins with an orientation, after which you get to the actual doing. Tasks are determined by your experience, skills, wishes, and the needs of the site. Your day may be spent on the following tasks: - driving the excavator - assisting in cable installations - excavator groundworker tasks - other versatile assisting earthworks Tasks may change as the project progresses, and your own skills and interests also affect what you get to do. You work as part of a team, but the approach is independent, so initiative and the ability to take action are important. What do we expect from you?
