This goal is achieved by working together. We are now looking for a Special Education Teacher in Early Childhood Education for Pilke daycare centers in Kaarina. Pilke has four units in Kaarina: Pilke Kanerva, Pilke Omppula, Pilke Kipinä, and Pilke Aurora. We are seeking a special education teacher who will be responsible for part-time special education and consulting for these units. This position is for you if you want to utilize your expertise, develop and brainstorm new ideas, and leave your own personal mark on creating a good day for the children and your colleagues. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative special education teacher. In this role, you will act as a special education expert across the four units in Kaarina. The core of your work is supporting children's growth, learning, and well-being, as well as strengthening the pedagogical work of the staff. Job duties include: - Assessing children's support needs and implementing part-time special education - Consulting and guiding early childhood education staff - Supporting teachers in support processes and the planning of pedagogical solutions - Collaborating with guardians and other professionals working with children - Developing early childhood education support together with the staff of the units With us, you can genuinely influence the content of your work and develop your job description.
