Technical Manager

We are looking for a technical manager for a permanent employment contract for Lumo-kodit in Tampere. The duties of a technical manager include arranging repairs for Lumo's properties and apartments in designated sites, as well as participating in the management of property maintenance together with other technical staff. You will participate in the preparation of the PTS, the planning of repairs, and the construction of repair projects in a cost-effective and customer-oriented manner. You will become part of a national team of 13 technical managers, but you are also an important part of the Tampere and Turku housing team. You will work closely with service managers, resident representatives, and our sales negotiators working in the same office, so we hope that you are a social, positive and team-oriented employee committed to our common goals. You have a desire to learn and an ability to adapt to changing situations. Our office is located in Tampere at Kyllikinkatu 15, where we meet at least two days a week. Otherwise, it is possible for you to work either remotely or at the office. The work requires the use of your own car, as some of the work is done at the properties. The position also includes regular travel to other locations such as Turku, Hämeenlinna, and Hyvinkää. What kind of workplace is Lumo?
