Store Manager

We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Normal store at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. NORMAL is a young dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe in a few years. In Finland we have opened over 100 stores, and growth continues. We offer customers permanently affordable prices and thousands of “normal” products, with exciting new items added weekly in various product categories. As a Store Manager you are responsible for the store’s success and customer experience. You lead your team with enthusiasm and continuously develop the store. The airport environment is fast-paced, diverse, and demands situational awareness. The store is fairly small but requires initiative, quick reactions and prioritisation with a smile. We hope you have experience as a store manager with accountability for results, enjoy learning, work independently, and are creative with product placement and small showmanship to make the store an experience. You communicate in Finnish and English. You will participate in developing and optimising NORMAL’s unique business concept.
