The role of a customer acquisition specialist is structured clearly to make the work meaningful. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to advance into sales supervisory roles. As a customer acquisition specialist, you will focus on new and previous customers of our carefully selected partners. You will act as the voice of the represented company's brand in new customer acquisition and provide previous customers with tailored campaign benefits. Customer registers are targeted, meaning you always know who you are calling and why. In your work, you will play a significant role in growing the business of well-known companies. Work goals increase along with your learning. The most important thing for us is that you are a person with a positive attitude and perseverance, with the passion and motivation to develop. We value a background in customer service or sales. Basic computer skills should be natural to you, and we require fluent Finnish language skills and the ability to learn new things quickly. Our working days are normally weekdays from 8:45 to 16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and three coffee breaks. For part-time roles, we tailor your working hours and shifts very flexibly. Our office is located in the city center with good transport connections. A guaranteed salary serves as your security when starting the job. Through your development, you can expect your earnings to rise above the guaranteed salary. The commissions and bonuses we pay are very good. Additionally, we have continuous competitions for prizes such as trips abroad, events, bonuses, and gift cards.
