Your duties include primarily daily leadership of the ICU, developing nursing care, and collaborating with ward managers and fellow assistant head nurses. You will coordinate ICU operations, develop staff competencies, ensure sufficient expertise, and perform other unit duties. The role also includes participation in clinical nursing. Work pattern is shift-based with day shifts on weekdays.
