Toyota Specialist in Helsinki at Metroauto Oy. You will contribute to excellent customer experiences by advising customers on Toyota products and solutions, working closely with sales and service staff. Responsibilities include presenting vehicles to customers, preparing and participating in test drives based on customer preferences, completing needs assessments with customers, and preparing deliveries of new cars. You will act as an internal support during new product launches and assist colleagues with product inquiries. We seek a friendly, positive and energetic person who can communicate clearly with customers in person and in English (spoken and written). The role requires interest in our products, technical aptitude, and strong listening skills. You will be trained with the importer. A valid B-driver's license is required. We aim to start as soon as possible. The team supports each other across brands to ensure great customer experience. The position is full-time with a fixed monthly salary of 2600–3000 EUR and potential incentive pay.
