Service Supervisor

TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab - for a smooth everyday life TeeSe is a developing multi-industry company providing comprehensive cleaning, food, and property and logistics services. TeeSe's food services produce high-quality meals for daycares, schools, Vaasa Central Hospital, and assisted living units. We also provide staff restaurant services for the Ostrobothnia wellbeing area and meal services for homes and events. About 220 professionals manage our food services across over 50 locations, serving over 13,000 lunches daily. We are looking for a Service Supervisor for a permanent full-time employment contract for the kitchen of Sundom school (Sundom skolan) and daycare (Sundom daghem). Approximately 200 customers dine at the site daily. The Service Supervisor is comprehensively responsible for the kitchen's operation, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Lunch is delivered hot from the production kitchen; potatoes, rice, pasta, and individual items are boiled on-site. The Service Supervisor's job description includes ordering food from the production kitchen, dish maintenance, and taking care of the kitchen's self-monitoring. Work is primarily scheduled on weekdays between 7 and 15. The employee must commit to possible service provision outside working hours. Success in the position requires a vocational degree in the kitchen field and experience in large-scale kitchen work. You are a natural customer service person – you meet your customers with a smile and emphasizing service readiness. Work flows for you both with colleagues and independently. IT skills are also needed in the work. The work requires a hygiene passport and good proficiency in Swedish and Finnish.
