We are looking for a salesperson for our client in the roofing and gutter products sector for a permanent position. Our client is a solid, reputable player in the building services and construction sector, offering roof renovations, roof construction, and gutter and roof safety products. Customers include housing associations, companies and households. You do not need to be an experienced sales professional; the key is the right attitude. The company will provide thorough onboarding to the role. We hope you enjoy meeting customers, are comfortable making calls, and want to grow as a sales professional. You are proactive, have good interpersonal skills, and are motivated by success and results. Experience in construction or building services is an asset but not required – you will receive thorough onboarding. In addition, we offer strong marketing support that will bring you many qualified customer meetings and help you succeed in your role. What the job includes: meetings with customers and active contact with new and existing customers; mapping customer needs and preparing suitable solutions and offers; close collaboration with marketing and the technical team to secure the best solutions for customers. Your sales territory is South Ostrobothnia (Etelä-Pohjanmaa). What we offer: permanent employment in a solid, reputable company; thorough onboarding and support from a skilled team; good tools and strong marketing support that brings you quality customer meetings, plus opportunities to actively acquire new customers. For the first six months we offer a guaranteed salary of €2,500–€3,500 per month, depending on competence and experience. After that your pay comprises a base salary of €1,000–€1,200 per month (based on competence and experience) plus a motivating commission/bonus model.
