As a Cafe Worker at Sodexo in the Centria University of Applied Sciences cafe and lunch restaurant in Kokkola, you will warmly welcome customers and provide the first impression of our services. You are a cheerful customer service professional who brings a smile to customers' faces and improves their daily lives. What your work is like: - Serve customers at the checkout in the cafe and lunch restaurant and prepare cafe and display products - Serve and take care of the cleanliness of the cafe - You are an important part of the restaurant's operation and ensure the smoothness of customer service even in busy situations - Great customer service is a matter of the heart for you and you are always ready to help What we hope for from you? - Basic education in the restaurant field and/or experience in similar customer service tasks - Hygiene passport - In addition to Finnish, good English language skills for operating in customer service - Desire and will to do customer-oriented work independently and with quality - Cheerful customer service attitude and a sales-oriented approach You are a brisk, cooperative and proactive customer service professional who enjoys daily customer encounters.
