Car Wash Attendant

We are looking for a car wash attendant for ABC Carwash Mylly, Itäharju and Auranlaakso, Turun Osuuskauppa. The position is part-time, 15 hours per 3 weeks, permanent. The daily work involves guiding customers in using the car wash bay to ensure the best customer experience. Responsibilities include maintenance of the washing hall, ensuring equipment functioning, and keeping the wash area clean. You will also help maintain the measurement field. The work at the car washes is generally smooth, but occasionally unexpected situations arise such as additional customer guidance or equipment faults. Therefore we expect the applicant to be able to move quickly between locations to assist and ensure a good customer experience. Therefore a driving license and own vehicle are required to travel between locations. Shifts vary, mainly on weekends from 8:00 to 21:00, with possible weekday shifts as well. You are the right person if you have a customer-oriented approach and enjoy independent work. You take initiative in handling different tasks and ensure smooth operation even in busy times. You should be able to adapt to physically demanding shifts and react quickly to changing situations. We require that you are of legal age. The pay is based on the Hospitality, Catering and Leisure services collective agreement. The hourly wage depends on training and experience, 12.21–13.58 €/h. Evening and weekend supplements add to the base pay. You also have a chance to earn a bonus up to 1.20 € per hour worked.
