We are looking for a Financial Manager for a permanent position in Satakunta for our client. The company operates in an international environment, engages in export trade, and actively invests in growth and business development. This is a key role in the company's financial administration. You will be responsible for the financial administration as a whole very independently, from daily bookkeeping to the financial statements. At the same time, you will develop reporting, cash flow monitoring, working capital management, and financial administration practices to support the company's growth. This is not just a bookkeeping role, but strong bookkeeping and financial statement skills are central to success in the position. Work is mainly done on-site, as the role is closely linked to the company's daily operations, production, sales, purchasing, and cooperation with management. We are looking for a person who can quickly grasp the financial administration whole and develop it to support the company's growth. Work starts as soon as a suitable person is found. The position is initially filled through Eilakaisla as personnel leasing, with the goal of a later transition to the client's permanent employee. In the position, you will be responsible for, among other things: - the company's bookkeeping in its entirety - purchase and sales ledgers - invoicing - financial administration tasks related to exports - official notifications and statutory obligations - taxation and VAT matters - financial statements and cooperation with auditors - management of working capital and cash flow - monthly reporting and production of financial information to support management's decision-making - development of reporting and financial administration processes The role is independent, but you are not alone. You will work closely with the CEO as well as sales, purchasing, and production. You will act as the primary person responsible for the company's financial administration and as important business support. What do we expect from you? We are looking for a person with experience in responsible financial administration tasks and the ability to quickly grasp the whole. Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration of the manufacturing industry, either in the service of a company or in an accounting firm environment, is particularly important. We hope for: - suitable commercial education - experience in independent bookkeeping and financial statements - experience in the financial administration of the manufacturing industry - understanding of cash flow, working capital, and financial key figures - ability to produce financial information to support management's decision-making - desire to develop reporting, practices, and processes - a proactive, precise, and responsible work attitude - fluent Finnish language skills - English language skills required for the work Knowledge of the Monitor ERP system is considered an advantage. Knowledge of the Swedish language is a plus. Knowledge of payroll administration is considered an advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement for the position.
