Employment contracts vary depending on the customer, from one-month projects to permanent employment. We hope for: - You have a suitable education for the job (e.g., welding and metal industry education) - You are proficient in reading technical drawings and have previous work experience as a welder - Welding skills in MIG / MAG / TIG methods are essential - Tell us in your application what materials and products you have previously welded and with what strengths (e.g., black, bright, pipe, plate, beams, 3mm - 50mm) - You can work independently and your workmanship is of high quality - We require fluent Finnish language skills We offer you: We always offer our employees compensation based on expertise, but at least according to the TES (collective agreement).
