Caverion is now looking for a new Project Manager to join a project starting in Western Finland in autumn 2026! **What will you do?** Caverion is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen its substation business for a large-scale data center project in the Western Finland region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of your project entity from start to finish. You will lead a project organization of approximately 20 people, be responsible for the project schedule, finances, and quality implementation, and ensure that the overall project progresses safely and according to objectives. You will work in close cooperation with the Project Director, site experts, the client, and other stakeholders. Although the role involves broad overall responsibility, your working style is practical. You will be actively involved in the daily operations of the site, support your team, and participate in technical decision-making and the evaluation of solutions. This is a long-term data center investment that offers the opportunity to work on a demanding and technically interesting project for several years. **What kind of expert are we looking for?** We are looking for a Project Manager who ideally already has experience in managing electrical infrastructure or substation projects and a desire to take responsibility for a significant project entity. We value the ability to lead people, manage broad entities, and make agile decisions in changing situations. Work begins in September-October 2026 according to the contract, and the project continues at least until 3/2028. Work is focused on the project site in Vaasa, so we expect a willingness to be on-site regularly. However, you may live elsewhere in Finland, and if necessary, we will arrange accommodation in the Vaasa area. The role may also involve some travel within Finland according to the needs of the organization and the project.
