We are looking for an application trainer for a fixed-term employment contract as a parental leave substitute for the period 1.9.2026 – 31.10.2027 in the IT Administration Apotti application training services responsibility unit. The responsibility unit is responsible for the planning, administration, implementation and development of training for HUS patient information systems and office programs throughout the HUS area. The application trainer is responsible for the planning, organization, training and development of patient information system training. In addition, the duties include informing about training, quality monitoring, reporting and drafting training materials. The training to be implemented can be face-to-face training in classrooms or remote implementations online. Successful performance of the task requires: - Good knowledge of the Apotti patient information system - Experience in training - A self-directed, active and practical way of operating, a desire for development and a customer-oriented service attitude - Ability to work independently and take responsibility - Good presentation, communication and teamwork skills - Ability to withstand pressure, perseverance, flexibility and systematicity - Innovative attitude towards changes - Solution-oriented way of operating. In addition, we appreciate: - Experience in training the Apotti patient information system for different professional groups - Knowledge of specialized healthcare processes - Knowledge of the operating methods of HUS and/or public administration - Ability to move between different sites.
