As a Practical Nurse, you map the residents' resources, identify their need for help, and plan, implement, and evaluate the residents' functional capacity and care together with the residents. With your effort, the residents of Attendo homes enjoy a good, high-quality everyday life. What will you be doing? - Daily care and nursing of residents - Medication and primary nursing - Enabling a meaningful everyday life for the resident There are 2 Practical Nurse positions available, both full-time and fixed-term. The work is 2- or 3-shift work and the employment starts as soon as possible. One fixed-term is until 31.12.2026 and the other until 19.5.2027. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in Social and Health Care (Practical Nurse) - Vaccination protection as referred to in Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment period - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment relationships longer than three months - Sote professional card (certificate card) - Medication permit or readiness to complete these What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away, but present in everyday life – supporting and walking beside you.
