We are now looking for a PROPERTY COORDINATOR for the business premises management assistant and corporate administration unit. Your responsibilities include, among other things, managing the corporate administration of real estate and housing companies, maintaining registers and systems, supporting property managers and house managers in administrative tasks, document management and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of documents, assisting in financial tasks, and versatile customer service duties. Additionally, you will support the account team in the preparation of financial statements. Your role is to support the rest of the team, and your goal is high customer satisfaction among property owners and users regarding premises, conditions, services, and the management of maintenance costs. You will support your team's property managers and serve the owners and board members of our clients' property companies. You will succeed in this role if: You have a commercial or real estate education that supports the position (e.g., KISI, KjA, IAT) and work experience in property coordination or corporate administration tasks. Your IT skills are up to date, you are proficient in MS Office programs, and you can adopt new tasks and tools quickly. You are a proactive and collaborative team player who remains composed even in challenging situations. You work systematically even under pressure and possess excellent interaction and customer service skills. Customer service comes naturally to you in both Finnish and English.
