Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking technical building maintenance technicians for a client in Kerava, with work starting immediately as agreed. The position is a temporary contract with potential for permanent employment if performance is satisfactory. The role is based in apartment and commercial properties, and involves responsible and varied duties in building maintenance. Tasks include general upkeep of buildings in residential and commercial properties, various technical tasks according to competence, documentation of routine maintenance and inspections in the building management system, customer service to residents and building users, and solving daily issues independently with a practical approach. We value appropriate training and prior experience in a similar role, a valid driving licence (class B) and driving rights, good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems, solid command of basic hand tools and building services, and an proactive, responsible, development-oriented work attitude with a customer-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
