Healthcare Assistant

The Vuohenoja residential services unit is a housing unit for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients, located in Tampere’s Messukylä with good transport links. The house accommodates residents in communal living and those requiring 24/7 services. Currently the role is in the 24/7 residential care area, and we are seeking applicants committed to three-shift work. Your duties at the group home include guiding and supporting residents in daily activities. The work also includes basic and medication administration. Naturally, you will have coffee and tea and good humor during the work day. What we expect from you: You are a licensed practical nurse, a registered nurse, or a social services student (sosionomi). Experience with mental health and substance abuse clients. Willingness to learn, initiative, customer orientation, and good interpersonal skills. You have completed LOVe medication administration online tests (can also be completed at the workplace when employment starts). Hygiene passport.
