The client seeks new employees for rotating data center projects across Europe, Finland included. The client is a Finnish growth company that performs cabling and network installations for major data center projects and other demanding environments. Employment is arranged with Visio Sähkö Oy, with a good chance to transfer later to our client. The job does not require a specific background. The focus is on attitude and flexibility, since projects are intense and involve long days. The role includes telecommunications cabling and device installations in data center environments, with hands-on work and precision required. The work rhythms involve structured steps and varying locations; some weeks may require weekend work. Projects typically run in 2–3 week blocks and include Finland-based rest periods. We are seeking travel-ready workers, with possible placements in Finland. If you have electrician, telecom installer, or construction experience, that is beneficial.
