Responsibilities
- Lead brand development within dealer network
- Monitor performance and provide coaching
- Develop structured plans to maximize opportunities
- Ensure territory coverage and dealer training
- Manage own team performance and provide coaching
- Promote AGCO Dealer Standards and brand image
- Oversee inventory and OPEX spend within budget
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years' experience in a sales role and knowledge of sales, marketing in the agricultural machinery business.
- Expert knowledge of the various functions within an agricultural machinery dealership.
- Proficient PC skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Salesforce.
- Fluent in English and strong team management skills.
