Sales Assistant

We are looking for a cheerful and energetic sales assistant for our Normal store at Kotka Prisma. We offer a permanent contract. Work shifts include mornings, evenings and intermediate shifts. The work: As a sales assistant, you have an important role in the store and in creating a special shopping experience for customers. You will work towards goals with our exciting products, and it is important to us that we can always present customers with a well-maintained and tidy store. Friendly and pleasant customer service, as well as ordinary routine tasks, are a natural part of our everyday work. NORMAL stores are exciting places, full of interesting products and customers. Your working day moves at a fast pace, and it is important that you enjoy a hectic, inspiring and humorous atmosphere. Your areas of responsibility: - Put customers first so that they always feel welcome and return. - Ensure a high standard in the store, with cleanliness and exciting displays at the centre. - Serve customers and replenish shelves. - Open and close the store. - Serve customers at the checkout. We expect you to have: - Experience in retail and a busy working environment. - An interest in store operations, a commercial mindset and a belief that the customer always comes first. - The ability to work independently and efficiently. - The ability to serve customers in Finnish; English or Swedish skills are also appreciated. - A readiness to work hard and an eye for detail, with a desire to help create great displays. - A team-oriented approach and a willingness to help create a good atmosphere. - The ability to serve customers in Finnish (B1 level); other language skills are welcome.
