Primary location: SEINÄJOKI We are looking for restaurant workers for the Eepeen ABC and Mara staff pool. The available restaurant worker positions are permanent, part-time, averaging 36-72h/3 weeks, and work begins as agreed. We are seeking workers for various areas of the pool, namely the coast, Suupohja, Härmänmaa, as well as Seinäjoki and neighboring municipalities. Working in the staff pool is versatile and varied – no two workdays are the same! The pool is a popular, flexible, and diverse working model where employees can work flexibly across several Eepeen locations. As a pool employee, you will develop versatile skills in restaurant tasks. The goal of the pool is to facilitate the daily operations of the units by providing help and expertise where it is most needed. The open positions in the ABC and Mara staff pool are for restaurant workers. Restaurant workers typically work in the restaurant world or a traffic store and perform diverse restaurant industry tasks, such as sales, customer service, kitchen, and Hesburger duties. A pool worker is a true everyday multi-specialist and an ambassador of expertise who carries good practices from one location to another. They assist locations with a sudden need for a top-tier colleague. The pool worker has several work units, and there is a comprehensive and practical orientation period at the start to familiarize them with the restaurant's operating methods. We work together as a team, so we hope for good cooperation skills. The work requires the use of a private car and traveling between the staff pool units in the region. We expect from you: - Legal age - Ability to move within the pool's operational area - Readiness to work in versatile shift work, including public holidays and weekends - Finnish language skills for customer service situations - As restaurant work is increasingly digital, we expect a proactive and fluent approach to systems and the restaurant's IT tools. Previous experience in restaurant industry tasks is beneficial, but a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and perform customer service work are most important for succeeding in the role.
