Production Worker

Production Worker, Linkosuon Leipomo (Kangasala) We are seeking production workers for the food industry for permanent positions for our client, Linkosuon Leipomo. Work begins with orientation as soon as possible. Job Description: - Tasks include the dividing process for mold breads (handling mold bread molds and adjusting/controlling dough shaping equipment) and/or packaging tasks (adjusting/controlling slicing and packaging equipment), as well as loading bread crates onto pallets. - Work is also performed in other production tasks as needed, e.g., on the snacks production line. - The tasks require the ability to perform physical work. The work involves repetitiveness and lifting heavier items. - For hygiene reasons, jewelry, artificial/structured nails, or false eyelashes cannot be worn at work. Working Hours: - 3-shift work starting from September 2026 (until then, the shift rhythm is more irregular due to production reasons) - The shift cycle is Sun 10 PM – Fri 10 PM Employment and Pay: - The employment is full-time and permanent. - Initially a staffing agency relationship through Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut. After orientation, the intention is to transfer to the client company's payroll. - Pay follows the Food Industry (Industry) collective agreement. The pay grade varies according to the task and experience: after independent mastery of the work, pay grade 3 or 4 for dividing tasks, and pay grade 5 for packaging tasks. Tasks may also vary according to rotation. - Performance bonuses and the possibility of a multi-skilling supplement are also available.
