Tuxera is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to take overall responsibility for the administration, development, and user support of our Salesforce environment. This is a senior-level, hands-on role combining Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, integrations, business requirements gathering, and continuous platform development. Our goal is to find someone who can serve as Tuxera's primary Salesforce expert—managing day-to-day administration and user support, driving development initiatives, and ensuring that Salesforce continues to scale in support of our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance processes. Your responsibilities include - Managing Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning pages. - Designing, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce Flow automations. - Managing the Salesforce data model, data quality, data migrations, and Data Loader operations. - Administering user access, permission sets, roles, sharing models, and overall access governance. - Gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. - Prioritizing Salesforce development initiatives together with business stakeholders. - Monitoring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and understanding data flows between systems. - Supporting and monitoring integrations, particularly with HubSpot and NetSuite. - Developing reports, dashboards, and operational visibility across the organization. - Providing user support, end-user training, documentation, and driving Salesforce adoption. - Collaborating with external consultants and technology partners when needed. We expect you to have - Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment. - Excellent expertise in Salesforce Flow automation. - Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security architecture. - Experience with data management, data migrations, and improving data quality. - The ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience monitoring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and understanding cross-system data flows. - An independent, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Considered an advantage - Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification. - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification. - Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, or other tools within a modern GTM (Go-to-Market) technology stack. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, integration monitoring, and troubleshooting integration issues. - Understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations processes. - Experience in an international B2B SaaS, software, or technology company. - Experience with reporting, dashboards, and revenue/data analytics. You'll succeed in this role if You are a senior Salesforce professional who can work independently across both day-to-day administration and larger development initiatives. You understand how Salesforce fits into a broader Go-to-Market architecture and can build practical, scalable solutions that support business needs without introducing unnecessary complexity.
