A practical nurse is sought for a service home for mental health rehabilitation clients. The work is performed in two shifts, which also include solo work. The employee is required to be proactive, reliable, and possess good cooperation skills. Willingness and courage for independent work and the ability to encounter residents calmly and without prejudice are required. We value good interaction skills and the ability to make independent decisions. The work includes guiding and assisting residents in all everyday matters as well as home care tasks. Managing daily life, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping, are important parts of your work. Tasks are performed together with residents to support and strengthen their functional capacity. You will be responsible for the residents' safe medication management and documentation. Kyseessä aluksi määräaikainen työsuhde 30.8.2026 saakka ja sen jälkeen työtä tarjolla joustavasti. Saat pitkän ja huolellisen perehdytyksen kokeneiden työntekijöiden rinnalla. Perehdytystä jatketaan aina niin kauan, kunnes tunnet olosi täysin varmaksi, ennen ensimmäistä itsenäistä työvuoroasi. Palkkaus määräytyy Yksityisen sosiaalialan TES:n mukaisesti.
