IT Support Specialist - Tietokeskus Finland Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a customer-oriented and cooperative IT support specialist to join our user support team in Riihimäki. As a user support expert, you will provide IT support and expert services, mainly on-site support such as device installations at customer premises. You will be a familiar and skilled person whose help is valued and well received. You will work as part of a customer team ensuring the functionality, development, and support of customer IT environments. Your daily work involves independently handling and resolving basic work requests, documenting all work, and maintaining customer environment documentation. Technologies include MS Office 365, Windows 10 & 11, Intune, and Active Directory. The salary is approximately 3000–3300 € per month, based on experience. You report to the user support production manager. Your home office is in Riihimäki, and you will perform on-site support within Riihimäki city area. To succeed, you need over 3 years of relevant IT experience, knowledge of workstations, network devices, software, cloud services, and server environments, excellent customer service skills, problem-solving ability, self-management skills, stress tolerance, and proficiency in Finnish and English. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to use a personal vehicle. The position is broad, with opportunities to work on various IT tasks, supported by a social and committed team.
