Housekeeper for Vanajanlinna! Vanajanlinna is one of Finland's most prestigious castle destinations, whose unique environment and warm service culture attract guests year-round. Now you have the opportunity to become part of this historical and dignified environment, as we are seeking a housekeeper to join our team starting in August. At Vanajanlinna, you will work as part of a professional team and ensure that the guest experience is first-class. In your role, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms and other accommodation facilities. What we offer you? * An on-call employment contract with flexible shifts. * Work starts in August as agreed. * Opportunity to work according to seasons and need – regular shifts are available for active workers. * Remuneration is determined according to the MaRa TES: 12.21-13.58€/h based on experience. * Working hours are approximately between 6 AM and 8 PM, with a primary focus on mornings and days. Who is this job suitable for? We hope you enjoy physical work and are always ready to take on diverse cleaning tasks. The job requires a driver's license, and we unfortunately cannot be flexible on this, as we move between cleaning sites by car during the workday. Proficiency in Finnish is beneficial but not mandatory. Previous experience in cleaning work is definitely an advantage, but not a necessity. We provide orientation for the role, as the most important things are the right attitude, thoroughness, and a willingness to learn new things. We expect pedantry, precision, and an eye for detail. You will work as part of a team but also independently, so we value initiative and self-direction. Additionally, we value a positive attitude and readiness to work on weekends, as Vanajanlinna serves guests seven days a week. Why Vanajanlinna?
