We are looking for skilled welders in the Vaasa region! We are constantly seeking skilled and experienced welders for our clients' diverse industrial roles in the Vaasa area. Some positions are open immediately, and we are also recruiting proactively for future staffing needs. Job Description: We offer diverse welding tasks in various industrial environments. The duties are determined by your skills, experience, and the needs of the client company. Your workday may include working with different welding methods (such as MIG/MAG, TIG, stick welding, laser) with various materials and components. Tasks may include the production of individual pieces, series welding, and welding assembly. Depending on your experience, tasks may also include the use and adjustment of machines, as well as programming or modifying programs. What we hope for from you: We hope for previous experience in welding work and a desire to develop your professional skills. We value a careful and responsible work approach, a good attitude toward occupational safety, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read technical drawings and valid welding certifications are considered an advantage. If necessary, it is possible to complete welding certifications as agreed with the employer. Working hours vary depending on the task. In many roles, work is performed in 2 shifts, so readiness for shift work is considered an advantage. Work may be available flexibly, from shorter assignments to longer employment contracts, and the start date will be agreed upon according to your situation. Employment can begin either through personnel leasing or as a direct recruitment to the client company. Remuneration is determined according to the Technology Industries collective agreement. In these roles, the salary range is usually between approximately 12–17 €/h (or by agreement) depending on the job description, your skills, and experience.
