We are now seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure this experience is realized for every guest. Job Description: The Guest Service Agent is a central role at the resort's customer interface and often the first contact a guest encounters. The position is versatile and practical, combining customer service, sales, and daily operational tasks in an international environment. Main responsibilities: - Greeting guests and managing check-in and check-out - Customer service on-site, via phone, and digital channels - Advising guests on resort services, accommodation, and area activities - Preparing the daily cold breakfast and maintaining the breakfast area - Actively selling and recommending additional services and activities - Using reservation and customer management systems. Qualifications and background: - Experience in customer service, travel, or accommodation sectors - Customer-oriented, friendly, and flexible attitude - Sales skills and willingness to recommend services - Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage) - Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
