Practical Nurse

As a practical nurse in home care, you will work in nursing and care tasks as well as other care duties supporting the client's ability to manage, primarily with the elderly and chronically ill in their homes. Supporting rehabilitation is an important part of your work. We utilize technology in our work, such as medication dispensing robotics and remote care services. As a practical nurse, you will operate in teams within home care, as well as in multidisciplinary cooperation with various social and health care units. What do we expect from you? You are a title-protected practical nurse (social care and health care) or a basic care nurse. You have successfully completed the LOVe medication management online test. If necessary, you can complete the tests with us at the beginning of the employment relationship. You have a category B driver's license. Customer-oriented mindset, good interaction skills, and a positive attitude towards development. You are flexible, proactive, and capable of independent work as well as multidisciplinary teamwork. The start date of the employment relationship can be flexibly agreed upon. The probationary period is six months. The working hours are full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning, evening, and night shifts. Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act is strongly recommended for the position; additionally, the selected person must present a criminal record extract according to Section 6, subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the start of employment.
