We are seeking for our client Mastermark Oy in Turku CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Your responsibilities as a customer service assistant include diverse purchasing-related tasks within a pleasant and professional team. You will handle sales orders and related purchase orders, monitor sales and purchase order backlogs, search for suppliers and products, create product codes in the system, and manage product quality control and complaints. You communicate fluently with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in both Finnish and English. In addition to good interaction and teamwork skills, you have the ability to manage your own work according to goals and schedules even during the busiest times. Changing situations only motivate you to work more diligently to find a suitable solution for all parties in the supply chain. To succeed in the job, you need an open mind and enthusiasm for challenges more than previous work experience – the ability to learn and a positive can-do attitude will take you far. Daily work takes place in pleasant premises at Oriketo, Turku, together with colleagues. Working hours are on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Work starts as soon as possible in a full-time (37.5h/week) and permanent employment relationship. The employment follows the retail sector collective agreement. The employment contract is concluded directly between Mastermark and the employee.
