We are seeking a receptionist for a permanent position at Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone in Savonlinna, with hours on average 60 hours / 3 weeks. Start date according to agreement. Do you want to work in the heart of Savonlinna’s most beautiful scenery? The Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa in the city centre. Our hotel is known for warm service, comfortable redesigned rooms and stunning lake views. As a receptionist you play a key role in creating successful hotel experiences for our guests from the first greeting. We expect you to have a cheerful and service-minded attitude and a genuine desire to meet guests warmly and professionally. You will work independently and as part of a team and be able to stay calm in busy situations. We value good communication skills, fluent Finnish and English, and previous customer service experience. Hotel or hospitality industry experience is advantageous, but the most important is the will to offer our guests memorable experiences. All our employees participate in a performance-based bonus system, which can bring up to 1.10 €/h more in earnings. Salary is determined according to the MaRaVa collective agreement (13.70–15.04 €/h), in addition to which evening, night and Sunday supplements are paid.
