About the role

Italian-speaking customer service representatives needed in sunny Porto. Customer Service Representative role with paid training and a base salary plus performance bonuses. You’ll assist customers via email, social media, and phone, mainly in Italian, with English for international colleagues. Training is fully paid and starts from day one. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.
