Are you looking to do more than basic maintenance and really develop your skills? We are currently seeking a vehicle technician at the start of their career for a multi-brand workshop in Tampere, Finland. In this role you will build your expertise gradually, initially under the guidance of more experienced technicians and then increasingly independently. This role suits you if you have formal training in the field and/or some practical experience, basic maintenance is familiar to you, you are motivated to develop as a technician, and you value clear guidance and a collaborative team. What will you do? Your days will start with basic maintenance and lighter tasks, and as your skills grow you will take part in more demanding jobs: - Maintenance and basic installations - Brake and suspension work - Assisting in more demanding renovations (e.g., timing belt) - Getting to know fault finding and diagnostics You will not be alone; you will get support from experienced technicians and learn by doing.
