In this role, you will be responsible for business controlling and business partnering for Metsä Fibre’s pulp sales and supply chain management. You will provide financial insights to support decision-making, lead forecasting and analyze financial results and key performance indicators across the business. You will work closely with sales and supply chain, production and finance teams, supporting pricing, sales planning and business development initiatives as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for internal and external stakeholders. You will also design and manage data models and reporting structures to meet business analytics needs and contribute to the continuous development of financial systems and reporting tools. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements together with Metsä Group functions will also be an important part of your work. In this role, you will report to Metsä Fibre’s CFO and be a member of both Metsä Fibre’s Finance Management Team and the Pulp Sales and Supply Chain Management Team.

Requirements
- A higher education degree such as MSc in Finance or Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least five years of relevant experience in business partnering, financial consulting, or controlling
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn financial data into insights
- Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage
