Lapsellista ry has been a non-profit association since 2010, providing nationwide support directly to children in hospital pediatric wards and child welfare facilities. Companies and individuals can purchase and deliver wooden toy products designed for children of different ages through the association, which the children keep as their own at various locations in Finland. Lapsellista ry delivers products to these sites four times a year. The network includes 14 hospitals and 2 child welfare facilities across Finland. More information about our activities can be found on our website www.lapsellista.fi. We are now looking for positive and determined SALESPERSONS for permanent employment in Piispanristi, Kaarina. Swedish language skills are an advantage! The work is done by phone for a good cause, for the benefit of children and in accordance with our values - your personality can shine through! We support you in sales and provide a framework to assist you, but each of our salespeople can work by utilizing their own strengths. All customers you acquire remain yours, allowing you to build long-term customer relationships over time. You will also receive an existing customer register to manage. We offer fair commissions and daily bonuses. Additionally, we pay a monthly guaranteed salary if your monthly sales fall below the set targets and you would otherwise not reach commissions and bonuses. There is no ceiling on earnings, and with active work, it is possible to reach monthly incomes of 4,000–6,000 euros. It is important to us that you genuinely want to achieve results through your own efforts. Our work is very meaningful, and the products delivered through us bring a lot of joy to the recipients. Our work community has an immediate, encouraging, and humorous atmosphere. We do not require previous experience in similar work, as motivation and personality play a key role in this position. Our bright premises are located in Piispanristi, Kaarina. Föli bus no. 6A goes directly there, and there is plenty of free parking in the yard. Working hours are weekdays 9:00–16:00.
