Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced excavator operator for a permanent, full-time position in the Pirkanmaa region, primarily Tampere. The job begins through Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut with the aim of transferring to the client’s payroll after six months. You will work on demanding infraconstruction projects as part of a skilled team, performing tasks such as deep excavations for water and sewer lines, Movax piling and anchoring works, and other versatile excavator operations at sites mainly in Pirkanmaa with occasional travel to other sites. Key responsibilities include handling infrarakentamisen sites, water and utility trenching, Movax-ponttaus- and paalutustö, and adapting to varying site needs. Requirements include over 5 years’ continuous experience as an excavator operator, strong infrarakentaminen background, practical Movax ponttaus and paalutustö experience, autonomous and responsible work approach, valid Työturvallisuuskortti, Tieturva 1 and Valttikortti (obtainable via Eezy), and a B-driver’s license. Work hours are typically 7:00–16:00 with 9–10 hour days depending on site, 40 h/week plus potential overtime. Salary: 19–24 €/h, TES terms for the Infra-alan, and a company van for job duties.
