Excavator Operator

We are now looking for excavator operators for a long-term employment relationship for our financially stable client. Positions are available for both tracked and wheeled excavator operators. If the work remains the same, there may be work after the season as well. Our client is an infrastructure contracting company that has operated for decades. Work sites are located across Finland and the first project is now in Lahti. Tasks mainly consist of infrastructure construction in larger projects such as the construction of production plants. The client provides each person with their own apartment in travel work and a car if possible. Success in the work is helped by at least a couple of years of experience in a similar task and experience with modern measuring devices. Infrastructure sector collective agreements (TES) are used as the basis for pay, but the salary is determined according to expertise. Work could start as soon as possible and would be available full-time. Work is done, if possible, on a week-on-week-off cycle, meaning every second week is free.
