We are looking for a Procurement Manager for Senop in Jyväskylä to be responsible for the daily management, guidance, and development of our procurement team and logistics department. In this position, you will ensure the smoothness of daily operations and report regularly on the status of operations to the operational management. Your workstation will initially be located in Tourula, Jyväskylä, but will move to Seppälänkangas, Jyväskylä, at the end of 2026 with the completion of new production facilities. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the purchasing team and a logistics department of about five people. We hope you are a visible, participatory and easily approachable person on site, from whom team members can get practical support and sparring for their work. Your daily routine includes personnel management and development of the team, solving daily situations and, if necessary, backing up team members. Success in the position requires an interest in technology and a smooth approach to using Excel and ERP systems, which facilitates the rapid adoption of our operating environment and products. We expect from you supervisory experience and a strong grip on daily personnel management, an active and participatory attitude, and good interaction and cooperation skills. You are flexible and ready to take action in practical backup situations if necessary. What do we offer you?
