We are looking for a supervisor for Cafe Knummi at Kirkkonummi Swimming Hall for a part-time position (30-35h/week). We offer an interesting and versatile workplace involving cafe products and ticket sales. Your duties include the preparation, presentation, and sale of cafe products, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities. Additionally, your tasks include ticket sales for the swimming hall and guiding customers regarding the swimming hall's services. The supervisor's duties also include managing orders, planning shifts together with the business manager, onboarding staff, and supervising compliance with instructions when necessary. Cafe Knummi offers a wide selection of various cafe products, from small snacks to larger meals. We fill our delicious buns and croissants ourselves, and the selection also includes plenty of sports products. In addition to a cheerful customer service attitude, we expect good initiative and the ability to work under pressure. The tasks involve working occasionally alone as well as with the rest of the team. Therefore, you get along well both independently and in a team. We expect the ability to develop your own performance based on constructive feedback. Professional training in the field is not required, but we require previous experience in customer service roles. Previous experience in cafe work and a similar environment or professional training in the field is an advantage. Your responsibilities also include baking and filling products for sale, such as buns and baguettes, as well as baking/cooking cafe products, so you must be prepared to work in the kitchen. The employment is permanent part-time and begins as soon as a suitable person is found, so send your application immediately. The weekly working hours in the contract are 30-35h/week, and the average balancing period for working hours is 3 weeks. Working hours are concentrated on weekday evenings and weekends, so you are ready to work primarily evenings and weekends. In the supervisor position, remuneration and employment terms are determined according to the PAM collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services.
