Registered Nurse

This position combines responsibility, collaboration, and impactful nursing care. Your Role You will work in the abdominal surgery area as part of high-level specialized medical care, treating surgical diseases of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract in adult patients. You are a key link in the patient's care pathway from the surgical decision through to the operating room and the ward. You will plan and implement the abdominal surgery patient's care pathway, ensure the smoothness of care, and work in close cooperation with a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of operating methods and influence the efficiency of care processes as part of a collaborative work community where initiative and a drive for development are valued. The work consists of daytime shifts. Eligibility requires a legal license as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). We require good proficiency in Finnish, and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. Experience in preoperative nursing in specialized medical care and/or care planner duties is considered an advantage.
