Spare Parts Salesperson

We are looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson for Ponsse's Kouvola service center As a Spare Parts Salesperson, you will operate at the customer interface and be responsible for the sale of forest machine spare parts and accessories, as well as customer service. You will work in close cooperation with service and machine sales professionals to ensure that our customers receive the best service in the industry - flexibly and efficiently. Your duties will also include inventory management, receiving warehouse orders, shipping customer orders, and handling the spare parts needs of the service department. You will also be responsible for the presentation of Ponsse Collection products. You will succeed in this role if you have a commercial mindset, the ability to identify customer needs, and a passion for actively developing sales. Solution-orientedness and a desire to serve the customer are close to your heart – you enjoy providing the customer with the right product at the right time.
