About the role

**We are looking for you** At Clevry, we are seeking a TLY Site Engineer for our client Destia for a significant urban rail project in the Helsinki area. The position is full-time, permanent, and you will be employed directly by Destia. The start date is as soon as possible after a suitable person is found. As a TLY Site Engineer, you will work with the site management to prepare work, quality, and safety plans for work phases. You will serve as a key link between the site and stakeholders, creating the best possible conditions for site management to succeed in their work. What we expect from you - Suitable technical education (Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree) - Experience in quality management and production tasks within the infrastructure sector - Understanding of quality assurance practices in a site environment - Good interaction and cooperation skills - Ability to operate in an open and collaborative environment - Desire to actively develop operations and find new solutions - Fluent Finnish language skills Experience in concrete construction and bridge projects, as well as a background in alliance projects or other collaborative project models, is considered an advantage.
